    About Jeeny:

    Jeeny is a mobile application that eases daily commuting and transportation. By connecting you with your preferred mode of transportation, we are fulfilling our aim of making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for all.

    We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

    We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.

    About The Role:

    We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to join our performance marketing team. As a key player, you will contribute to the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy across various channels. If you're passionate about optimizing paid advertising campaigns, conducting A/B testing, and leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing the overall digital marketing strategy, covering a diverse range of channels
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as social media, search engines, and display networks
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of campaigns across performance channels
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, targeting, and other campaign elements for optimal results
  • Analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct tests and experiments to measure incrementality on Search and Display
  • Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on performance data, aiming for improved ROI
  • Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, e-marketing, digital marketing, or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads, and/or other platforms is a must
  • Experience working with App campaigns is essential
  • Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Adjust, Appsflyer, etc
  • In-depth understanding of user acquisition, retention, and reengagement strategies
  • Proficiency in web analytics, with a preference for experience in Google Analytics
  • Previous exposure to IOS dominant markets is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics, and statistics
