Be part of our client s team as an Accountant Assistant. Youll manage invoicing financial closing payroll oversight and more in a dynamic real estate solutions environment.

• Reviewing/supervising the company s invoicing collections A/R A/P
  
• Assisting with monthly financial closing preparation of reports (accruals balance sheets)
  
• Recording journal entries reconciling general ledger accounts assisting with fixed assets depreciation schedules
  
• Tracking/preparing/forecasting budgets
  
• Overseeing and monitoring payroll for accuracy and hours
  
• Managing support staff enforcing accounting and standard operating procedures to ensure processes are followed and deadlines are met
  
• Maintaining vendor relationships
  
• Troubleshooting accounting system or operations issues as needed
  
• Completing special projects as assigned
  

• English proficiency: C1 level
  
• 3 years of accounting experience
  
• Prior experience with accounting payroll or financial software (Sage 50 a plus)
  
• Demonstrated professional organizational written and verbal communication skills
  
• Detailoriented and deadlinedriven
  
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  
• High level of integrity and dependability
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite especially Excel
