NA has a client in Fort Mill MO that is seeking an Aruba Clearpass Consultant who has extensive experience and knowledge in HPE Aruba Clearpass and Wireless solutions. The Aruba Clearpass Consultant will be responsible for designing implementing troubleshooting and maintaining largescale Aruba controller based wireless networks for the ODRC. This position will be involved in providing technical support documentation and training to the network team and the end users.

Responsibilities:

* Design configure deploy and optimize Aruba Clearpass and Wireless solutions for various network scenarios and requirements

* Creates or edits for recommendation and approval IT artifacts including but not limited to policies procedures standard guidelines best practices and position papers

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to Aruba Clearpass and Wireless technologies such as authentication authorization encryption roaming QoS RF and security

* Monitor and analyze network performance and health using Aruba tools and best practices

* Provide technical guidance and recommendations to the network team on Aruba Clearpass and Wireless solutions

* Prepare and maintain network documentation diagrams policies and procedures

* Conduct network audits assessments and reviews to ensure compliance with Aruba standards and best practices

* Stay updated with the latest Aruba technologies products and certifications

* Train and mentor network team members and end users on Aruba Clearpass and Wireless solutions

Required Skills : * 4year Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field * Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX) and Aruba Certified Clearpass Expert (ACCX) certifications are highly preferred * 7 years of experience working in networking with at least 5 years of experience in Aruba Clearpass and Wireless solutions * Expertise in Aruba controller based wireless solutions including ArubaOS Aruba Central Aruba Airwave Aruba Activate and Aruba Instant * Expertise in Aruba Clearpass solutions including Clearpass Policy Manager Clearpass Guest Clearpass Onboard Clearpass OnGuard and Clearpass Exchange * Expertise in network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP VLAN DHCP DNS RADIUS NA2.1X EAP WPA WPA2 WPA3 NAC VPN and firewall * Expertise in network troubleshooting tools and methods such as Wireshark ping traceroute iperf and Aruba utilities * Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to travel to client sites as needed
