SUMMARY:

Soliel is seeking to hire a GCSS-Army eEnv Service Desk Support Specialist. CASCOM has the mission to conduct all the work necessary to prepare the workforce for transition to a modernized enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. GCSS-Army has been fielded and is now in the sustainment phase. This is a sustainment mission to develop and deliver training to the soldier in as near real-time as possible which is necessary in order to keep up with the growth and increase in capabilities as GCSS-Army evolves and subsumes all facets of logistics and accountability at an exponential rate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform GCSS-Army eEnv end-user account administration, i.e., assist with onboarding of new users, account creation, management, and access-related resolution.
• Monitor and respond quickly to incoming GCSS-Army eEnv provisioning and creation of new account requests
• Function as the first responder to end-user requests for assistance for GCSS-Army eEnv services, provides support, resolution, or escalation based on customer, and provided internal and external protocols
• Respond directly to end-user service requests for GCSS-Army eEnv providing response IAW GCSS-Army eEnv protocols
• Troubleshoot GCSS-Army eEnv system conflicts in collaboration with the customer as required
• Document eEnv service desk support incident resolution reports for submission to the customer for historical and data analysis
• Responsible for a range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of GCSS-Army eEnv
• Assess and record GCSS-Army process transactions within several business areas for documentation and training initiatives to improve user experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5 years of experience with Army Material Management logistics processes
• 5 years of experience with GCSS-Army / SAP modules including Access Administration and Microsoft Office 365
• 3 years of experience supervising and performing management or stock record/warehouse functions pertaining to the receipt, storage, distribution, issue and maintaining equipment records and parts
• 3 years experience with GCSS-Army device management solutions such as Automatic Identification Technology (AIT)
