RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating staff and internal resources
Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
Develop new market & create new business opportunities.
Promote and market company s products as preferred choice for the stakeholders such as interior designers architects contractors PMC Builder and developers quantity surveyor.
Ensure stakeholders are updated with appropriate Price Lists Catalogue Samples and Marketing materials
Preferably knowledgeable on specification of company s products or other building materials; to be able to generate specification report of company s product for prospective clients
Liaise closely with interior designers architects contractors and developers to promote company products; to conduct frequent visits and presentation for prospective clients.

Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Create awareness in market by meeting interior designers architects contractor Builders PMC Clients and coaching them about materials and product selections applications and integration required to make the project work
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Meet weekly monthly and quarterly sales target
Prepare and submit weekly monthly sales reports to management
Corporate B2B sales Hospitality & Institutional Sectors New Accounts Acquisition Networking with major Architects PMC Contractors & End Clients.
