This position offers a remarkable opportunity for a talented Regional Sales Manager to lead operations in the thriving West Region. As a successful candidate you will have the chance to combine traditional and cuttingedge sales strategies within the dynamic and exciting field of bakery equipment sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Management: As a key contributor you will play an essential role in successfully promoting and selling our clients exceptional products and services within a specific region. Your key responsibilities will revolve around establishing new contacts ensuring accurate reporting providing competitive quotes and ultimately closing deals to surpass sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: We are looking for someone who can deeply understand the unique needs and preferences of our valued bakery market customers and potential clients. With an empathetic and consultative approach you will be adept at offering tailormade solutions that foster enduring relationships characterized by trust and shared value.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborating closely with our Sales Administration team you will actively contribute to the seamless execution of our sales process. Leveraging our companys extensive resources including our cuttingedge marketing tools and demonstration facilities you will be pivotal in maintaining accurate and uptodate customer relationship management (CRM) data.
  • Market Analysis: We are seeking a proactive individual who will take the initiative to stay wellinformed about the latest competitive activities within our territory and industry. By closely monitoring and reporting on market trends you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic decisionmaking.
  • Professional Development: As part of our commitment to your growth and success you will have the opportunity to attend trade shows sales meetings and industry events. These engagements will enable you to continuously expand your knowledge further hone your skills and stay abreast of industry best practices.


Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: A Bachelors degree is a mandatory requirement accompanied by a minimum of four years of relevant experience. This experience should include a minimum of three years in sales specifically focused on capital equipment packaging materials or other industryrelated goods. Previous experience in sales of bakery capital equipment is highly desirable.
  • Technical and Mechanical Aptitude: The successful applicant must possess proficient knowledge of both traditional and modern bakery production processes.
  • Strong Sales Background: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative sales and a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in selling capital equipment or related goods in the bakery industry would be advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are fundamental for this role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in industry trends competitors and experience with CRM tools is obligatory.
  • Travel: This role requires extensive travel up to 80% of the time. The remaining time will be spent in the office facilitating preparation and followup tasks. The candidate should have a flexible schedule to accommodate customer requirements and participate in various industry events.
  • Residence Proximity: Candidates must reside within a maximum onehour commute of a major airport.
  • Other: A valid drivers license is essential for this position. Additionally the candidate must be capable of obtaining a passport for international travel.
