This includes managing ticket queues and ensuring that tickets are kept up to date while also providing periodic updates to requestors until an issue is resolved. Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift Mon Fri 06:45 AM 03:45 PM
Work Setup: Onsite Quezon City

What do you need to succeed
  • 13 years technical experience
  • Preferably has an educational background or formal training in IT Computer Studies or Information Systems
  • Open to fresh grads OR Junior analysts with 13 years of experience in the field of Application Support
  • Must possess knowledge in systems applications and software
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have critical thinking skills listening ability and patience
  • Must have an understanding of Customer Service in the field of Application Support
  • Be able to answer supplier/requestor queries as the primary responsibility
  • Must be knowledgeable in the use of MS Office Apps
  • May be assigned to perform testing and recreation of issues reported as part of troubleshooting
  • Must be able to perform support via email and calls
  • Must possess troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge in Excel scripting and Macros Zendesk is a plus
