Job Description & Requirements:
Profound expertise in endpoint services leveraging Microsoft Intune SCCM/MECM and
other client management platforms.
Experience with JAMF
Proficiency in Azure and OnPremise servers administration and maintenance.
Comprehensive understanding of Windows 10/11 Desktop and server operating systems.
Proficiency in Office 365 Networking protocols DNS DHCP and Active Directory.
Extensive experience in monitoring managing and resolving issues across systems servers
and mobile devices.
Thorough knowledge of application and operating system deployment techniques including
patching tools.
Strong grasp of Virtualization storage infrastructure and security concepts.
Handson experience with Azure AD and proficient in managing MDM autoenrolment
configurations and policies.
Advanced skills in automation using PowerShell scripting Ansible and Jenkins to drive
operational efficiencies.
Ability to devise and implement automation strategies throughout the application packaging
life cycle.
Deep understanding of application packaging and deployment methodologies.
Excellent process management skills with a focus on the life cycle management of packaging
and deployment processes.
Active participation in software testing and deployment activities across various platforms.
Proficiency in Wintel technologies encompassing DFS Storage management Networking
protocols and AD.
Sound knowledge of SQL WQL WMI PowerShell and VB Scripting.
Strong documentation skills to articulate deployment and packaging procedures along with
administrative processes.
Experience in Incident Problem and Change Management processes.
Subject Matter Expertise in Application Packaging Virtualization and Applications
Assessment technologies.
Proficiency in MSI packaging using tools like Flexera Admin Studio and App Deployment
Toolkit.
Leadership in driving automation initiatives while ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
Handson experience in packaging applications for cloudbased deployment models such as
Azure and AWS.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management frameworks.
Experience in application compatibility testing and remediation.
Understanding of software asset management principles and license compliance
requirements.

Architecting packaging workflows and processes to optimize the packaging lifecycle.
Collaborating closely with software vendors to decipher packaging requirements and ensure
compatibility.
Packaging and validating applications using industrystandard packaging tools.
Customizing package configurations to align with specific business requirements and security
standards.
Troubleshooting and resolving packagingrelated issues encountered during testing and
deployment phases.
Integrating packaged applications seamlessly into software distribution systems and
deployment frameworks.
Devising deployment strategies for largescale application rollouts and upgrades.
Conducting rigorous quality assurance checks on packaged applications to ensure
functionality and reliability.
Conducting comprehensive compatibility testing with various operating systems and
software components.
Documenting packaging processes configurations and troubleshooting steps for future
reference and knowledge dissemination.

Overseeing SCCM Infrastructure Management
Managing Software Deployment and Packaging
Implementing Patch Management strategies
Orchestrating Operating System Deployment procedures
Ensuring Endpoint Configuration and Compliance
Generating Reports and Monitoring performance metrics
Documenting all processes and activities
IntuneSpecific Responsibilities:
Configuring and Deploying Intune solutions
Enrolling and Provisioning Devices
Managing Application Lifecycle in Intune
Enforcing Conditional Access and Security Policies
Overseeing Endpoint Security Management
Ensuring Policy Compliance and Reporting
Developing Documentation and Training Materials
Citrix and VDI Responsibilities:
Managing Citrix Infrastructure
Overseeing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) as well as VDA
Configuring and Managing Endpoints
Implementing Linux Endpoint Management strategies
Orchestrating Automation and Orchestration processes
Monitoring and Optimizing Performance Metrics
Certifications Required:
Citrix Certified Associate Virtualization (CCAV) or equivalent
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate / Flexera Certified
