Detailed Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential markets for the companys API products.
Develop market entry strategies and assess the landscape with target customers.
Establish a network of distributors agents and partners to expand the companys presence.
Responsible for Data of Domestic Sales to report & present to our reporting manager & MD in monthly meetings.
Stay informed about customer requirements for pharmaceutical APIs.
Provide timely and insightful reports to the management team on market conditions and opportunities.
Coordinating with Accounts Dept for settling of payments/commission remittances and informing customers/agents accordingly.
Coordinating with Plant and other functional department
Coordination with cross functional departments for smooth execution of orders customer query responses and arranging facility audits.
Preparing Performs Invoices Sale Orders based on the Purchase Orders.
Maintaining Sales Registers Payment received registers and Excel sheets for preparing weekly and monthly statements and presenting them in the meetings.
Interacting with customers from last one year to understand the requirements for registration of new products and coordinating with concerned departments in factory for required documents.
Maintaining sales report on daily basis and updating to our reporting Manager and MD on monthly basis.
Arranging Samples COA MSDS and other technical certificates for the
Technical follow up with customers in company
Travel on timely basis to customer location on business needs.
Regular meetings in Zoom/Teams with the client for new products and business development.
