• Facilitating workshops, market research and focus groups to develop a strong understanding of customer personas and behaviors as well as insights that will influence product strategy.

• Analyze application usage, interactions and user feedback to identify issues and opportunities that may also influence product strategy or improve engagement.

• Collaborate with UX and other designers to research, prototype, and test potential solutions and features.

• Creation, prioritization, and agreement of the product backlog in collaboration with key stakeholders and development teams.

• Translate product strategy into user stories, workflows, wireframes and in collaboration with the development teams, technical specifications.

• Ownership and communication of product release plans, facilitate UAT and provide post-production application support for business stakeholders.

• Ensure product backlogs are groomed, well maintained, Highly organized and align with business objectives and serve user needs.

• Maintain and develop analytical reporting solutions, in collaboration with the BI team, for the benefit of the business and the supporting teams.
