- Identify and engage with potential real estate agents to become ambassadors for our company
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and onboard new ambassadors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials to attract potential ambassadors
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for ambassador acquisition and expansion
- Utilize various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry conferences, to connect with potential ambassadors
- Track and analyze acquisition metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Business Development, to maximize ambassador performance and achieve GMV targets
