Job Description
- Book air, hotel, and ground transportation for clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Manage agency counter, and handle queries, cancelations and refund requests, and complaints if any.
- Making follow-up calls.
Job Requirements
- Graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a travel agency.
- Amadeus certificate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
