AGM HR Generalist

Hands on experience in to Training and development Exposure to Union.
Should process very good experience in to welfare recreational facility and policy creating exposure.
Candidate will be responsible for formulation of departmental policy and processes technical excellence regulatory compliance and quality environmental and safety programs.
Collaborates with different stakeholders external and internal eg: departments contractors logistics agencies to ensure timely completion of projects
Responsible for internal audit of vendors contractors project operations on quarterly/annual basis
Build mentor guide and supervise operations team to maximize productivity and ensuring delivery of quality projects
Formulating and driving process improvements to streamline operations leverage technology manage resources and handle the high volume and quickening the place of work.
Organizing and directing the work of multidisciplinary professional and administrative staff.
