We are looking for After Market Engineer with 5 to 8 Yrs of Experience for our esteemed client for Chennai/ Bangalore Location.
Key Skills: Engine product Design data analysis macros BOM
Note: Minimum Experience is 5 Years. Kindly do not apply if you don t meet the minimum experience.
This is an immediate requirement. Please apply if you can join within 30 days or close to 30 days.
Responsibilities
Investigate existing parts on the engine instead of replacing with new parts to BOM to reduce the cost
Compare original asbuilt consist to upgrade parts list to identify part number duplicates that do not need to be included in the upgrade parts list.
To review 3D models engineering drawings and engineering notices to identify form fit and function incompatibilities that would prevent duplicate parts
Requirements
Mechanical Engineering diploma or degree with 56 Years of experience in Engine product Design and Development.
Should be Data science background of Engine component and After treatment components and functional knowledge (Emission Emission core control Exhaust parts)
Proficiency with data analysis and management tools such as Matlab and Microsoft Excel
Basic computer language fluency ability to code macros and simple programs to automate data management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
