Admission Counselor - University - Female

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for generating leads & converting them into enrolment for University.
• Responsible for maintaining database & cold calling/outbound calls.
• Aiming to achieve monthly / Quarterly enrollment targets.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Responsible for generating leads through Cold Calling, Internet Research and various Sources.
• Maintain and expand database of prospective enrollment of students.
• Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls etc.
• Research, identify key students and generate interest in University’s online programs.
• Contact potential students via phone / video meeting to establish rapport convert leads into enrolment.
• Network and strive to convert connections into enrollments.
• Take prospects from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone/video meeting. Present solutions virtually.
• Daily follow up to all the prospects/leads and also closing the leads.
• Provide post enrollments services to University students.
  

Requirements

Requirements :

• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills/convincing power , Strong verbal selling skills
• Highly organized and fast data entry
• Language skills: Hindi, English, Vernacular regional lanaguage
• Own computer with audio/video with WIFI as currently Work from Home only for Bangalore (only local candidate required)

Work Experience :

• Must be from the Education / Training / HR/Staffing industry with 2 years of Experience in B2C Telesales/ Telecalling/ Telecounselling
