RESPONSIBILITIES
- Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different UG & PG courses offered.
- Counselling through Data Calling online chat server.
- Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
- Collect the feedback from the participants and consolidate the same.
- Handling queries over telephone
- Converting leads to admissions.
- Recording and maintaining and calling on given leads
- Maintaining telephonic and walkin record for the day
ELIGIBILITY:
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Good knowledge of the courses and ready to work as per requirement.
- Comfortable working as per the roaster split offs.
- Well versed with a background in the management industry.
- Must possess thorough knowledge of institutions and programs offered.
- Should maintain a professional work environment.
- Comfortable working as per the roaster split offs.
- Capable of shouldering a variety of responsibilities.
- Full of energy multitasking abilities and result oriented nature and takes initiative.
- Candidates should be only from institute(s) /Edtech /University(s) which deal in UG & PG courses.
- Experience from Edtech industry would be preferred.
Desired candidate should have similar work experience.

Special Remarks from Company:
** Work from Office
** 6 working days a week
** Timings 10AM to 7 PM
** WalkIn interviews will be conducted at their office in Noida.
** Candidates must arrive at 10:3011:00 am and lunch will be taken care of by them.
** There s going to be 2 rounds on the same day or maximum 3 rounds and if all goes well a candidate will be offered.
