Our specialised staff use their practical experience and taxation law knowledge of the landscape to assist our clients in preparing and claiming so they fully exploit the R&D tax credit incentive.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Business Insights Analyst within our Business Insights (BI) department. As part of this team you will play a crucial role in providing support and data to the operations team driving efficiency and enhancing performance. This position comes at an exciting time as our department expands its scope to encompass Sales and Operations insights offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our understanding of the customer journey from prospect to delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

Cleansing / Updating CRM System:

Prepare our company CRM system (Harmony) for an upcoming migration in 2025 by ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Forecasting Data Management:

Collaborate with the Head of Business Insights to generate and update forecasting data for weekly delivery to Operations Managers/Team Leaders.

Reporting:

Work closely with Operations Management to develop standardised reporting at individual brand and team levels facilitating informed decisionmaking.

Parent Company Reporting:

Produce and distribute weekly/monthly data reports to our parent company in France ensuring timely and accurate information delivery.

AdHoc Support:

Address any additional data or CRM requests on an adhoc basis providing timely and efficient support to internal stakeholders.

    Essential Criteria

    • Strong Computer Skills adept in using Microsoft Excel with a minimum of 12 months experience.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Good organisational / administrative skills
    • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
    • Proactive & quick to learn
    • The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.
