Qualifications:
Performs a variety of administrative duties. Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a business or functional unit. Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product line. Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries. Administrative responsibilities include calendaring, document preparation and management, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting/travel coordination. Maintains confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will utilize critical thinking, troubleshoot problems, and resolve or direct problems to the appropriate individual
Deliver high quality work while simultaneously balancing multiple tasks
Key member of the team and a source of knowledge and assistance with the needs of the Finance Team
Performs administrative duties/support for the team; assist with additional administrative projects, as requested
Maintain and build Outlook distribution lists for the team
Create and maintain organizational & seating charts for the team
Assist with scheduling conference rooms for meetings; arrange catering, if requested
Assist and coordinate domestic and international travel when requested; process passports and Visa's, Visa Letters, if needed.
Process invoices and T&E expense reports for team members, when needed. Schedule and organize appointments, interviews, and department activities, when requested.
Maintain and order office supplies and maintain office equipment- copier/printers
Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding of employees and contractors, which includes requesting equipment setup and system access, and collecting equipment.
Request badges for new employees and contractors in the system, with Security
