Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answering and directing phone calls organizing and scheduling appointments.
  • Managing inventory of office supplies and ordering as needed.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Maintaining a filing system for important company documents.
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying faxing and mailing.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Desired Experience:

Maximum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
