Administration and Finance Leader

What do we need from you:

From his role he will guarantee the adoption of good practices that enable high levels of
compliance with administrative financial and labor policies in accordance with the
standards and regulations of the country. Its actions will be aimed at supporting the fulfillment of the financial resource mobilization and programmatic goals contemplated in the Business Plan.

What is the profile we are looking for

Certified Accountant or Lawyer or Administrator
5 years of experience as a Leader or Manager of Administration and Finance
Spanish and English Advanced / Conversational
Prepares and presents quarterly and yearly financial budgets and cash flow forecasts and works with CoDirectors to actively monitor and understand budget variances.
Manages bank accounts and monitors reconciliations transactions including wire transfers credit cards renewal of Certificates of Deposit and keeping track of signing authorities.
Knowledge of finance and accounting regulations in the US (US GAAP) and international auditing standards
The Finance and Administration Manager is responsible for all aspects of the financial management and administration for the Fund. The Finance and Administration Manager is expected to provide sound financial advice and effective financial management as well as manage the administrative functions of the Fund.

This position is a fulltime regular position and reports to and works most closely with the two CoDirectors.
