Job Summary:

Be part of our client s team as an Accounts Officer actively contributing to Accounts Receivable and Payable functions. Collaborate with the Finance Manager ensuring compliance with company guidelines and goals. Assist in reporting and streamline processes for a seamless working environment.

Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Monday to Friday 6AM3PM
Work Setup: Onsite Makati
Salary: PHP 40000 to 650000

Responsibilities:
  • Manage debtors and oversee accounts receivable processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all internal communication with customers.
  • Assist customers and staff with debtor inquiries.
  • Process customer credit card payments via NAB Transact.
  • Ensure daily checking of Unallocated Payment Report.
  • Manage the Ezycollect System effectively.
  • Undertake debt collection procedures including timely calls to debtors.
  • Email customer statements on the 1st working day of each month.
  • Set up Contract and Special Contract Prices for Debtors.
  • Ensure customer data integrity and perform ongoing maintenance in Exo Website CMS and related systems.
  • Prepare weekly Aged Debtor reports with commentary.
  • Cost Inwards Goods and invoice when possible prioritizing by urgency.
  • Process all nonstock invoices including services freight companies and 3PL providers.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoicing.
  • Review Open Purchase Orders and Uninvoiced Orders.
  • Process Creditor invoices obtaining necessary approvals and matching with Purchase Orders.
  • Prepare Exo Payment Prelist for Manager approval with weekly 45 days and monthly creditor frequency.
  • Upload approved payments in the bank as required.
  • Conduct reconciliation for banking staff credit card creditor statements and endofmonth (EOM) processes.
Qualifications Needed:
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting/Finance or related course
  • Minimum 3 years experience in AR/AP environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Azapak s product range
  • Ability to work harmoniously in a team
  • Excellent English communication skills
