What Youll Do:
- Help assist analyst with account management.
- Responsible for assisting the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts. Responsibilities include financial tracking and accounting of contractual commitments for this channel of Foodservice.
- Assist in all contractual funding components of National Accounts contracts.
- Ensure compliance requirements and customer commitments are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines.
- Assist yaccrual process EPM system process accounting controls and new account setups Manage customer data integrity issues.
- Provide support to team and Sales organization on customer issues related to reporting and completing payments.
- Ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Direct line of support to National Account Sales Directors for funding issues and initiatives.
- Support customers in reporting and fundingguide and support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Responsible for assisting the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts.
- Responsibilities include all financial tracking and accounting of contractual Comp Defense Vendor Requests Void/Reissue etc.
- Food and Beverage Client recall needs other tasks as identified.
- Experience in execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments.
- Adhering to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines.
- Ability to manage customer data integrity issues.
- Team player and problem solver skills.
- MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
