Accounting Manager

• Lead the accounting and reporting (Record to Report) domain to improve the timeliness accuracy and quality of regional and local reporting.
• Monthly quarterly and annual financial closing: Perform closing processes including posting of transactions and journal entries account analysis and reconciliations to ensure entries and balances are correct and reconciled.
• Prepare timely and reliable financial and other relevant reports (local and regional submission in line with reporting timetables)
• Provide forecast/budget variance analysis and other actionable management information reports and insights
• Monitor developments in accounting standards changes in taxation and other regulations that impact financials and to ensure statutory reporting compliance
• Support and develop a strong internal controls environment: ensure compliance with policies and internal controls; identify areas for improvements to strengthen controls
