Staffinity is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a large Canadian ;This is a full-time position with base salary, benefits and
The salary range is The position will work full-time, 8:30-5:00pm out of theVaughan office This is a 2-year contract that can go permanent after the initial
Responsibilities:
- Manage the bill payment and deposit processes
- Work on daily deposits compliance
- Complete daily banking compliance (Bank Runs)
- Participate in audits
- Ensure security signatures and compliance before processing any financial transaction
- Assist with budget creation
- Prepare Financial Requisitions
- Credit card reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconcile billing disputes
- HST & WSIB Calculations & Filing
- Payroll
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a Bachelors degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field
- 2+ years experience in a general accounting field
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros,
