Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Universal City, CA (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 5 months
Work Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 pm

Qualifications:
- High school degree or GED is required.
- Experience in Production payroll and/or Production Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of EP application and its SmartStart and SmartTime and invoicing functions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Strong record keeping and archiving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in data entry and management.
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with Production Construction Crews to collect daily time sheets and signed timecards.
- Inputting all payroll information into EP, properly coded per Production's instructions.
- Working with internal Production Accountant and Production Manager to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Resubmitting all retro payments.
- Invoice management for funds from NBCU to EP weekly.
