Job Description

- Maintain and update accounting and financial control systems
- Manage the preparation and submission of the MSI PAJ monthly expenditure reports
- Support the preparation and submission of the monthly fund projections
- Work with the Finance Manager and other senior MSI Jordan staff for project budget and expense planning
- Ensure that transactions are appropriately recorded in a computerized accounting system
- Support audits and financial reviews
- Support the Fianance Manager in overseeing the project accounting cycle
- Prepare disbursement vouchers
- Prepare cheques online wire transfers
- Interact with vendors banks and other officials as needed
- Track payments to avoid double payments and analyze cost comparison and cost reasonableness
