Job Description

The Account Manager Outside Sales is responsible for establishing maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers. A hybrid of inoffice onsite and ontheroad this role s responsibilities include educating customers on available products and services; training customers employees on the proper use and maintenance of our products; providing information and preparing quotes; expanding our customer base by identifying and prospecting for leads at events and through social media; preparing and delivering presentations on our products and services; participating in sales functions and other corporate events; and networking at trade shows and other industry events.

Responsibilities
Establish maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
Build customer base by identifying and connecting with prospects
Provide customers with information on new products and enhancements
Train customers and their staff on use and maintenance of products
Build pipeline forecast monthly sales and identify business opportunities
Analyze market trends and competitor activities and plan accordingly
Ensure customer satisfaction and solicit enduser feedback
Update databases with new customer information and diarize followup
Negotiate with customers and ensure compliance with agreements
Work across departments on proposals and marketing initiatives
Deliver presentations and attend events and tradeshows



Requirements

Requirements

At least three (3) years of experience in HVAC or related industries with track record of success in B2B sales customer service and relationship management
Experience with cooling towers humidification and portable air conditioning products and technology preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems in buildings
Fully comfortable with MS Office Salesforce and virtual meeting technology
Outstanding networking presentation and communication skills (English)
Excellent organization and time management skills
Keen attention to detail and focus on solutions
Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed
Valid Alberta driver s licence and access to reliable vehicle
