Overview:

As an Account Executive specializing in mental behavioral health you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers hospitals clinics and community organizations to promote our mental health services and expand our client base. This position requires a deep understanding of the mental health landscape strong communication skills and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  2. Identify and prioritize target accounts and establish relationships with key decisionmakers.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create tailored messaging and promotional materials.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of our mental health services.
  5. Lead contract negotiations and drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and regulatory changes affecting mental health services.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities pipeline status and market insights to management.
  8. Represent the company at industry conferences networking events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and build professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in business marketing psychology or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  2. Proven track record of success in B2B sales preferably within the healthcare or mental health sector.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  6. Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities healthcare regulations and payer dynamics is a plus.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint).
  8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
