Overview:

The Account Based Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies to engage and nurture key accounts. They are responsible for creating personalized marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and foster strong relationships with strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute accountbased marketing plans
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies
  • Create personalized content and messaging for targeted accounts
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Implement ABM campaigns across various channels
  • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Manage budget and resources effectively
  • Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Drive customer advocacy and loyalty programs
  • Assist in the development of sales enablement materials

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field
  • Proven experience in accountbased marketing or similar role
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative crossfunctional environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced setting
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in ABM
  • Experience in budget management and ROI analysis
  • Customercentric mindset with a focus on driving customer loyalty
  • Understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies
