Position Description
You will be a key part of Panis sales team reporting to the CEO and responsible for leading the development and execution of targeted AccountBased Marketing (ABM) strategies to penetrate key accounts and expand our footprint within existing logos. Using your industry expertise you will work closely with Pani Account Managers and Sales Managers to align sales and marketing strategies. You will profile key accounts understanding their needs challenges and decisionmaking processes to create personalized marketing campaigns tailored to the specific needs and pain points of targeted accounts.

You have a passion for water treatment and are an expert in AccountBased Marketing. You enjoy the challenge of working on innovative projects with an equally talented group of coworkers who will both challenge and support you. You believe in lifelong learning and welcome the opportunity to constantly iterate and improve upon your skills. Fundamentally you want to use your talents and energy to better the world for others and contribute to the responsible management of global water and energy and CO2 reduction.

Compensation
Pani offers a competitive total rewards package which includes a comprehensive health & dental benefits and paid time off for fulltime employees. The annualized base salary range for this Victoriabased role is CAD $50000 to $100000. The base salary offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill set level of experience applicable to the role they are being offered and consideration to internal equity. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience and expertise.
