Job Position: Senior Technical Support Engineer

Company Background: IT Solution Service Provider

Salary Range: Basic MYR6500 MYR10000

Working Days: (9.00AM6.00PM) and Afternoon Shift (3.00PM12.00AM) and willing to work on weekend or public holiday when needed

Location: Plaza Ascent near Paradigm PJ

Responsibilities and Duties

To assist and perform product electronics design covering the whole project life cycle including requirements analysis coding PCB/Schematic design systems design prototyping trouble shooting improvements verification/validation testing and assembly of circuits.

To assist in testing repairing servicing and maintaining company product.

To provide technical support to customer application support to the customer.

To diagnose software and hardware problems and redirect the problems to appropriate resources.

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request

Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.

Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

Troubleshoot system and network problems diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

Test and evaluate new technology.

Any other duties that assigned by superior.

Requirement

Possess at least Diploma in Information System Electronic & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge in computer hardware and networking technologies.

Problem solving and hands on troubleshooting skills.

Independent and focused individual capable of taking challenges under a highly competitive environment.

Able to communicate effectively at all levels and a good team player.

Experience in Jira Service Management or any customer service ticketing system will be added advantage.

Able to write read and communicate fluently in English. Chinese is an added advantage.

Able to work in Morning Shift (9.00AM6.00PM) and Afternoon Shift (3.00PM12.00AM) and willing to work on weekend or public holiday when needed.

Willing to travel overseas and based onsite as and when required.
