Progressive Generation® Studios, a leading Animation studio, is thrilled to extend to talented 3D Animator professionals to join our extraordinary team. We are dedicated to creating exceptional animated content and are seeking individuals who share our passion to collaborate with us.
The applicant must be based in Amman.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality 3D animations by using industry-standard software and tools, bringing characters, creatures, objects, and environments to life with realistic movements and emotions.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, game designers, modelers, and other team members to ensure animations align with project goals and objectives.
- Actively seek and incorporate feedback from supervisors and team members to improve the quality of animations and meet project requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and rectify any animation-related issues or bugs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and tools in 3D animation to continually enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Proficiently crafting animated graphics and videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, and Autodesk Maya.
- Artfully designing dynamic motion graphics, 3D elements, and captivating special effects for integration into diverse media platforms.
- Developing detailed 3D models suitable for both online and offline applications.
- Skillfully applying 3D texturing and lighting techniques in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Expertly choreographing motion sequences that effectively convey concepts and deliver precise messaging tailored to the project's objectives.
- Recommending and implementing industry best practices and optimizations throughout the animation projects.
- Efficiently managing multiple projects while adhering to design specifications and budget

Skills And Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in animation, computer graphics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and motion dynamics.
- Knowledge of rigging and skinning processes to ensure proper character deformation.
- Strong artistic and storytelling skills to convey emotions and narratives through animation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment.
