Salary Package:RM7000 & above Commission Incentive

Working Hour:9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) 9am to 1pm (Alternate Saturday)

Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Meru Selatan

Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing daily operationsin sales department

Leading sales teams by providing guidancetraining and mentorshipsetting sales quotas and goalsproduct knowledge creating sales plansanalyzing data and assigning sales territories and building sales team

Hiring and traning sales staff relaying information from management to department sales about sales quotas and planning

Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that thereis sufficient stock of items that are likely to sell quickly

Perform any other duties/assigments as assigned by the superior

Job Requirement:

At least 3 to 5 years of team management experience and possesses excellent leadership record

Preferably Business Development/Sales Managers from similar industry(Field Marketing Service Provider)or any of the aforementioned industries
