This full-time on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our culinary team in a dynamic restaurant environment ensuring the highest standards of food quality and kitchen operations.

As a Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager you will play a crucial role in menu development staff training and maintaining the overall efficiency of kitchen operations. Your leadership will help cultivate a positive kitchen culture while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We offer a competitive salary range of $70000 - $75000 annually along with a supportive environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of innovative menu items
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage kitchen staff including training scheduling and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
  • Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
