• Conduct routine site inspections and implement proactive maintenance strategies to maintain best-in-class facility standards.
• Partner with leadership to execute operational goals streamline processes and elevate team performance.
• Manage vendors and contractors to ensure quality work compliance and cost efficiency.
• Support maintenance projects capital improvements and operational initiatives from planning through execution.
• Utilize CMMS systems and operational data to improve workflows reporting and accountability.

• Drive Financial & Operational Performance

• Assist in managing site operating budgets forecasts and financial performance metrics.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
• Support long-term capital planning and facilities improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with finance and sourcing teams to maximize operational efficiency and value.

• Build Strong Partnerships

• Serve as a trusted facilities partner to operations and leadership teams.
• Deliver exceptional service by understanding operational needs and responding with urgency and professionalism.
• Present operational updates site performance metrics and improvement plans to leadership.
