Salary: | HK$24191 HK$28623 per month | |
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. | ||
Key Responsibilities: | ||
1. | Provide secretarial support to Senior Manager of Patient Relations Unit. | |
2. | Assist in the handling of public enquiries feedback and complaints. | |
3. | Drafting of written replies under guidance of officers. | |
4. | Liaise coordinate and organize training programs meetings and activities of the department. | |
5. | Carry out general clerical duties that include filing data entry simple statistics record keeping procurement and minutes taking. | |
6. | Assist in preparation of management reports and data analysis. | |
7. | Assist in patient engagement activities and surveys. | |
8. | Assist in quality and safety activities of the department. | |
9. | Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors. | |
Entry Requirements: | ||
1. | University Graduates with working experience; OR | |
2. | Has obtained a diploma in a specialized function with relevant working experience and completed F.5/ S.5 with: | |
(a) | 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language or equivalent; OR | |
(b) | 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below: | |

Preferable Attributes / Exposure: | ||
1. | 3 years post-qualification experience in office administration. | |
2. | Experience in healthcare setting or organizations of similar scale to HA. | |
3. | Exposure in complaint management. | |
4. | High proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Chinese word processing Adobe and Photoshop. | |
5. | Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. | |
6. | Good communication and interpersonal skills. | |
7. | Responsible self-motivated outgoing and able to work independently. |
