Pay | : | HK$24191 to HK$28623 per month Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |
Key Responsibilities:
1. Arrange visits by local Mainland and overseas groups including planning logistics and introducing the hospitals services and facilities to visitors.
2. Participate in the content development and production of a wide range of publicity materials (e.g. website newsletter social media videos leaflet poster souvenirs).
3. Provide support in organizing hospital events (e.g. ceremonies) and handling media relations (e.g. press conferences interviews).
4. Provide administrative support to the offices daily operation including meeting logistics handling enquiries stocktaking filing mailing procurement etc.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirement:
1. University graduates with experience; OR
2. F.5 / S.5 with
(a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language or equivalent.
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
l Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
l Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.
Preferably Attributes / Exposure:
1. Two years of post-qualification experience in public relations marketing event management organizing visits producing publicity collaterals or related fields.
2. Outgoing and presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Good command of Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus.
4. Self-motivated efficient with strong organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft software (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
6. Knowledge and hands-on experience in multimedia production (e.g. photography filming photos and video editing).
7. Experience in using AI tools for workplace productivity.
