Marketing & Submissions Coordinator

Project Leaders is a service line of Colliers that provides expert end-to-end development advisory and client-side project management services to a broad range of national and international clients. Our team are more than project managers we lead manage and deliver comprehensive project management solutions across every stage of the property lifecycle.  

We are seeking the expertise of a Marketing & Submissions Executive to join our Sydney CBD team on a 12 month maternity leave contract. Your duties will include;  

• Lead end-to-end production of major tenders and proposals coordinating inputs from Project Managers and subject matter experts.
• Reviewing tender documentation and evaluation criteria; drafting editing and designing content.
• Completing detailed quality assurance to ensure a compliant compelling and gap-free submission. 
• Lead the entire marketing function for our Project Leaders team on a national basis. 
• Internal and external communications as well as drafting and sending out quarterly newsletters. 
• Monitor the tenders and submissions emails creating entire presentations on PowerPoint and Indesign. 

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Marketing or Submissions Coordinator/Executive position within the Construction or Real Estate industry. 

• Good communication skills both written and oral ability to converse with all levels of staff. 

• Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritise urgent requests. 

• Proficientin Microsoft Office(PowerPoint Word Excel) with exposure to Adobe Indesign is highly desirable.
