Recruitment Resourcer Administration Officer

Synergie Australia is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer / Administration Officer for one of our key clients in the logistics and eCommerce sector.

The important parts:

• Duration: 46 week temporary assignment (potential to extend or go permanent)
• Hours: MondayFriday 8:00am 4:30pm
• Location: Mickleham VIC (100% onsite)

What you will be required to do:

You will be employed by Synergie Australia and working onsite with one of our key clients based in Mickleham supporting a fast-paced logistics and eCommerce operation.

• Supporting recruitment coordination and candidate management
• Assisting with workforce planning and rostering
• Data entry and general administrative duties
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to support daily operations
• Managing competing priorities in a high-volume environment

To be successful in the role you will:

• Previous experience in administration or recruitment support
• Exposure to logistics warehousing or eCommerce environments
• Experience with workforce planning and rostering
• Ability to work independently and stay organised under pressure
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proactive reliable and able to hit the ground running
