Operations Specialist
Job Summary
1Communicate with overseas sales follow up customer needs update operation procedures and training materials;
2Communicate with internal inspectors to supervise and check the content of inspection reports;
3Regularly organize training for inspectors on relevant customer inspection standards;
4Assist in managing other affairs of the team.
Qualifications :
-1 year and above experience in English as a working language;
-Excellent oral and written English excellent communication skills;
-Good learning attitude and service consciousness;
-Familiar with Windows series office software.
