Job Summary
We are pleased to announce that we are seeking qualified applicants for temporary Admin Assistant for our Summer Learning Program. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team that supports the efforts of making success possible for all Redmond students.
The Summer Learning Admin Assistant will work to support the Summer Learning program with administrative assistant duties related to managing the Synergy Student Information System set up. The role will require remote part-time work during the weeks leading up to the Summer Learning Program dates availability for support during the program and wrap up work at the conclusion of the program. Approximately 40 hours throughout the entirety of the program.
Timeframe:
- June 1-July 17: Synergy Summer Learning Set UP - teacher sections student enrollment
- Availability during the program: Elementary Summer Learning
- Week 1: July 20-23
- Week 2: July 27-30
- Week 3: August 3-6
- Week 4: August 10-13
- August 17-20: Synergy Support at the conclusion of the program.
Qualified candidates will have the following minimum qualifications:
- Hold a current Administrative Assistant position within the Redmond School District (K-12 grades)
- Experience with Synergy processes and registration..
- Flexible with schedule and remote work.
Responsibilities Include:
- Synergy System:
- Creating sections
- Assigning Staff to sections
- Pointing students and enrolling them in section
- Familiar with Synergy Reporting
- Communication with Summer Learning staff.

*Employees will be compensated at the regular rate of pay within the Administrative Assistant II pay range(will be adjusted for COLA once bargained). Open to all current RSD Administrative Assistants.
