As a Business Analyst III youll contribute to bridging business needs with technology solutions to enable our mission of making the world healthier cleaner and safer. Partner with stakeholders across our global organization to analyze processes gather requirements and implement solutions that drive operational excellence and business growth.

Youll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities translate business needs into actionable requirements and ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects. Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation while building strong relationships with business partners and technical teams.

Business AnalystDuties and Responsibilities

• Collaborates with global customer services supply chain commercial services partners to drive products features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.

• Works with multi-functional teams and various partners including analyticsmiddlewareengineeringand user enablement.

• Continuously reviews the business needs refines priorities outlines turning points and deliverables and finds opportunities and risks.

• Partners with team members and customers across the organization to form the product vision strategy features and prioritization.

Requirements elicitation

• Lead structured meetings and use collaborative workshops to gather requirements and uncover expectations.

• Elicit what is behind and underneath stated requirements rather than just collating and coordinating requirements.

• Understand the business vision needs drivers for change current struggles internal and external factors and suggest solutions and alternatives.

• Participate in case development for business and ensure benefits are achievable andtrackable

Design

• Produce quality documentation of the final business requirements and processesmaintaininga high professional standard.

• Clearly define project requirements usingappropriate documentation(business requirements scope matrix use cases etc.)

• Address application displays fields and files asappropriate and/or the process rules data and capabilities of thesolution

• Detailworkyouredoing and success criteria as well as metrics to measure impact of changes and return on investment.

Communication and Demand Management

• Prioritize system functionality based on requirements and apply a Minimal Viable Product approach.

• Act as the liaison between business partners and IT performing as the internal customer during the build of the system.

• Review design documentation with business users and represent the users with the Development Team

Project Execution

• For smaller changes. you act asadhocProject coordinator to ensure the change is led throughdifferent phasesof Software development process and partners are updated regularly on progress.

• Comfortable in managing change cycle in waterfall as well as Agile environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree (BA or BS) in business analysis computer science or equivalent

• Atleast three years ofpreviousexperience as a product owner or business analyst

• An agile mentality with proven values such as dedication grit openness and respect

• Able to work optimally with global teams in different timezones

• Exceptional interpersonal skills including teamwork facilitation and negotiation.

• Excellent analytical and technical skillalong withwritten and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Solid experience of creating solution designs and supporting the delivery of supply chain technology within distribution sector

• Exposure to full lifecycle experience of complex environments with a mixture of in-house developed software and off the shelf solutions.

• Leadership ability with a proven understanding of business and technology requirements to integrate and implement solutions optimally.

• Understanding of order to cash processes along with exposure tocustomer servicessupply chain.

• Knowledge of enterprise systems such as IBS or similar ERP platforms

• Understanding of commercial and data governance functions and he order to cash process in a multi country multi distribution centre environment.

• Exposure to periphery system supporting ERP like Esker Genesys Logility.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean)

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
