As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst you can make a real difference to the Councils understanding of the independent care market in East Sussex by analysing and reporting on a wide range of data and information.
In this newly created role you will collate interpret and disseminate a diverse range of complex data and information related to the independent sector and Supply Management activities adding value and generating meaningful insight. You will also manage the time-critical monitoring of homecare call data communicating and negotiating with providers to reconcile and improve accuracy of data and supporting providers to encourage long-term behaviour change.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have knowledge and experience of using Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Are able to identify and resolve data quality issues
- Have excellent data visualisation and report building skills
- Are able to communicate effectively with a range of people in a clear concise and accurate manner
- Are a supportive and positive team player
