Job Summary
IT Trainer
Were looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Trainer to join our IT Department on a permanent basis. If youre passionate about helping people learn enjoy working with technology and want to make a real impact across our multisite legal network we want to hear from you.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a longterm career in IT trainingeven if youve never worked in legal before.
What the role involves...
As an IT Trainer youll help support and upskill our colleagues by:
- Delivering engaging training sessions on key IT systems and tools
- Creating clear user-friendly training materials and resources
- Supporting ongoing development of our IT training strategy
- Working with the IT team to test refine and improve workflow systems
- Developing your understanding of best practices in case handling across RTA EL/PL and Employment
What we are looking for...
Were looking for someone who has:
- 24 years experience in a training role preferably IT
- A solid understanding of Microsoft applications
- Familiarity with case management systems (well provide full training)
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- An open mind and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel across our office network
- Experience with Mattersphere Microsoft 365 or working in a multisite environmentbut these are absolutely not essential.
