Working across projects and programmes you will gather analyse and manage business requirements throughout the discovery and delivery lifecycle ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges support the delivery of new processes and system solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Business Analysis a Business Analyst you will:Discover analyse and define business needs translating them into clear requirements and effective solutions aligned to business and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather validate and manage business functional non-functional and data existing processes data flows and reporting capabilities to identify opportunities for improved efficiency automation and data the delivery of change initiatives through process modelling impact analysis testing implementation support and documentation aligned to governance to continuous improvement within the Business Analysis practice including mentoring colleagues maintaining quality standards and developing best practice Were Looking ForProven experience working as a Business Analyst within complex change environments ideally in a regulated experience gathering analysing and documenting business and data requirements across the full project delivery understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and delivery approaches including Agile Scrum and/or data analysis skills including experience with SQL data modelling reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI Snowflake or ETL stakeholder management problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data and business needs into actionable insights and We HireWe use AI to help organise applications and surface early matches but all decisions are made by humans.
