Job Summary
The Retail Vertical Customer Success team partners with Koreas leading retailers to deliver data-driven insights based on NielsenIQ retail measurement and panel data enabling clients to make informed commercial decisions and drive sustainable growth.
As a Manager Retail Vertical Customer Success you will own day-to-day client deliverables translate complex retail data into clear insights and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality timely outputs. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical foundations who enjoy client-facing work and have a deep interest in Koreas retail landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct retail and category-level analysis using NielsenIQ data to address key client business questions.
- Translate data findings into clear actionable insights through charts reports and client-ready presentations.
- Own the delivery of high-quality recurring and ad-hoc outputs including decks (PPT) and dashboards.
- Act as a key point of contact for client requests ensuring accuracy clarity and timely delivery.
- Develop a strong understanding of client business objectives and support Customer Success leads in driving value.
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction by maintaining high standards of analytical rigor and storytelling.
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality or delivery issues in collaboration with internal Operations and Product teams.
- Continuously build expertise in NielsenIQ tools data systems and retail measurement methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with Analytics Product Operations and the broader Retail Vertical Customer Success team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing best practices and process improvements across the team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in data analysis research retail consulting or client-facing analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools or Python is a plus.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in or strong exposure to retail FMCG category analysis or market research.
- Prior experience working in client-facing customer success or stakeholder management roles is highly preferred.
