Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gettysburg PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients and residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Collaborate with RNs physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
- Promote patient safety and quality care standards
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN License in good standing
- Current BLS Certification preferred
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting
