Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Parkersburg WV
Type: Contract
Shift: Day Shift (AP) Timing: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM 36 Hours/Week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Parkersburg WV.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and charting
- Assist with daily patient care and activities of daily living
- Collaborate with RNs physicians and interdisciplinary staff
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
- Support a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN License in good standing
- Current BLS Certification preferred
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
