Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Gettysburg PA
Duration: Contract Assignment
Shift: Day Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
30 Minute Meal Break
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a healthcare team for a new opening. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care support daily clinical operations and ensure the comfort and wellbeing of residents in a professional healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients and residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
Assist with patient assessments and care planning
Collaborate with RNs physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Promote patient safety and quality care standards
Requirements:
Active LPN License in good standing required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting required
Preferred:
Current BLS Certification preferred
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
