Whats the role
Youll lead Diversity Equity and Inclusion across Technology helping shape a culture where inclusion is built into how we plan lead and deliver. This is a full-time role based in Sydney Warrane Gadigal Country.
As Executive Manager Technology DEI youll own the DEI strategy for Technology and bring it to life through meaningful initiatives strong partnerships and clear governance. Youll work closely with General Managers Group DEI and People teams to support workforce diversity transformation and strategic workforce planning.
Youll provide insight and reporting across strategic workforce and risk priorities using data and storytelling to influence decisions and support board level conversations. Leading a small team youll drive complex cross functional change and help Technology teams move faster and smarter while staying grounded in our values.
This role is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on how Technology shows up for its people and for the wider organisation.
The role is based in Sydney only and will require the candidate to attend the office 2-3 days a week.
What do I need
- Proven ability to define and deliver enterprise-wide DEI strategies and initiatives at scale.
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior executives and navigating complex multi-layered stakeholder environments.
- Strong strategic problem-solving capability with the ability to translate insights into actionable business-aligned outcomes.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale cross-functional organisational transformation.
- Established track record of building leading and inspiring diverse high-performing teams.
- Technology-savvy with an understanding of the Technology landscape; ability to leverage digital and AI-driven solutions to enhance DEI outcomes is highly regarded.
